The rules, plainly
- We never scan a site you have not proved you own. Before that, the only thing we ever request is the verification file, the head of your home page, or your DNS TXT records.
- Up to 3 websites per visitor, one sample per address every 30 days, and a limited number of samples per day for everyone.
- We set one small cookie,
sitepulse.visitor, so you can come back to your own sites. It holds a random code and nothing else. Clearing it means you lose access to your sample. - The sample is a limited look at up to 25 pages. It is not a full audit, and it does not predict indexing, rankings or scores. The impact labels are our own estimate.
